Information We Collect

TrustDesk, a Kynth Studios product, runs trustdesk.kynth.studio. The free policy generator keeps the platform name, site URL and contact email you type, so we can reach you if the rules change. If you buy a plan we keep your platform name, your report link and which plan you are on. A report filed through a hosted form keeps the reporter's email, the URLs they reported and the statement they gave — that record is the point of the product.

How We Use Your Information

We use what we hold to deliver what you bought: writing your policy text, provisioning your report link, emailing your operator address when a report lands, and running the sweep that watches each 48-hour deadline. We send email about your own account. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to train models.

Your Rights

Email trustdesk@kynth.studio to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will action it. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. The one request we may hold off on is deleting an evidence log while its report is still open, because that log is the record the statute expects you to be able to produce.

Where Your Data Lives

Data sits in Supabase (Postgres, hosted in the United States) and is reachable only through our own server routes using a service-role key — the report and evidence tables have no public access at all. The site runs on Vercel. Payments go through Stripe, which handles card details; we never see them. Email goes out through Resend. Product analytics are collected by PostHog through a first-party proxy on our own domain.

Who Processes Your Data

Our processors are Stripe for payments, Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email and PostHog for product analytics. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job, and each is bound by its own data protection terms.

Updates to This Policy

We update this page when what we collect, or who processes it, changes. The date above is the last change. Continuing to use TrustDesk after an update means you accept it.
