Acceptance of Terms

These terms cover trustdesk.kynth.studio and anything you buy through it. TrustDesk is a product of Kynth Studios, 407 W 39th St, New York, NY 10018. Using the site or buying a plan means you accept them.

What TrustDesk Is

TrustDesk gives your platform the artifacts the TAKE IT DOWN Act expects: policy text, a hosted report form, a 48-hour deadline on every report and an append-only evidence log. It is not legal advice and we are not your lawyers.

Your Responsibility

You decide what happens to each report. TrustDesk records the deadline, your decision and the time you made it; it does not review content or take anything down from your platform for you. Keeping your report link and operator email current is on you.

Payment and Refunds

The Compliance Kit is $249, paid once. The Hosted Desk is $49 a month and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. If the kit turns out not to fit your platform, email us within 30 days and we will refund it.

Limitation of Liability

TrustDesk is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in New York County. We may revise these terms; the date above is the last change.
